David Suzuki’s Nature Challenge for Kids
I am a lunch monitor for a grade 2 class. I am trying to find kid-friendly fact or fiction questions that I may ask my kids through their lunch hour. Would you have any suggestions where I may find it??

Have a look at this pdf of David Suzuki’s Nature Challenge for Kids: http://www.davidsuzuki.org/files/NC/NC4K_Brochure.pdf and the DSNC4Kids website:
http://www.davidsuzuki.org/kids/. You can probably formulate some questions from the material there.
If you have time, you can also download David Suzuki’s Nature Challenge at School, which is a curriculum guide with fun lesson plans written for grades 4-7 (and easily adapted for younger kids). That’s here: http://www.davidsuzuki.org/NatureChallenge/at_School/.

Re: Nature challenge for kids.
What could you use to keep your lunch sandwich fresh, instead of plastic baggies?
Ans: Before plastic baggies, sandwiches were wrapped in waxed paper. But you can also wrap them in lettuce! Make sure the lettuce is dry. Use rubber bands or string to secure everything in place. And it goes without saying that you can eat the lettuce packaging.
